Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

If preferred, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
